Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

By downloading and using VsnClppr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What VsnClppr Is

VsnClppr is a utility app for iPhone that recognizes text through your camera and lets you share it quickly to Messages, Mail, or your clipboard.

The License

When you purchase VsnClppr, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iPhone. You own your copy of the app, but not the app itself or its code.

You can use VsnClppr for any legal purpose. You cannot:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Redistribute or resell the app
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices
  • Use the app in any way that violates laws or regulations

Purchase and Refunds

VsnClppr is a one-time purchase of $3.99. It is not a subscription.

You can try VsnClppr's features for free before purchasing. Once you complete the purchase:

  • Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
  • The purchase is non-refundable through us (we don't process payments)
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies

To request a refund from Apple, visit: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

What We Provide

VsnClppr is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it reliable and useful, but we make no guarantees about:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Perfect text recognition accuracy (that depends on Apple's Vision framework and the quality of the text you're capturing)
  • Compatibility with future iOS versions (though we'll do our best to keep up)

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • What you capture: Don't use VsnClppr to capture private, confidential, or illegal content
  • Where you share it: Be mindful of what text you're sharing and where
  • Respecting others' privacy: Don't use the app to capture or share others' personal information without consent
  • Following laws: Make sure your use of VsnClppr complies with local, state, and federal laws

Text Recognition Accuracy

VsnClppr uses Apple's Vision framework for text recognition. While it's quite accurate, it's not perfect. Text recognition can fail or produce errors, especially with:

  • Handwritten text
  • Poor lighting or blurry images
  • Unusual fonts or decorative text
  • Text at odd angles

Always verify important information (like phone numbers, addresses, or financial data) before using it. We're not liable for errors in recognized text.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VsnClppr
  • Our total liability to you for any claims related to VsnClppr is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($3.99)

Updates and Changes

We may update VsnClppr from time to time to:

  • Fix bugs
  • Add features
  • Improve performance
  • Maintain compatibility with new iOS versions

Updates are provided free of charge. You don't have to install them, but we recommend it for the best experience.

We reserve the right to discontinue VsnClppr or change its features in the future, though we have no current plans to do so.

Termination

These terms remain in effect as long as you use VsnClppr. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

If you violate these terms, your license to use VsnClppr ends immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of VsnClppr after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
