VsnClppr is designed with your privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data we do — and don't — collect.
The Short Version
We collect nothing. All processing happens on your device. VsnClppr has no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.
Camera Access
VsnClppr requires camera access to recognize text in real-time. When you point your camera at text:
- Text recognition happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework
- No photos are saved or stored
- No images are uploaded to any server
- The recognized text exists only in your device's memory while the app is active
You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → VsnClppr.
What We Don't Collect
VsnClppr does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Camera images or video
- Recognized text content
- Usage data or analytics
- Device identifiers
- Location data
- Crash reports (unless you explicitly submit them via iOS system prompts)
No Accounts, No Authentication
VsnClppr does not require an account. You don't provide an email address, username, or any personal information to use the app.
Third-Party Services
VsnClppr uses only Apple's first-party frameworks and APIs:
- Vision framework: For on-device text recognition
- StoreKit: For in-app purchase processing (handled entirely by Apple)
We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Apple's Privacy
When you make a purchase through the App Store, Apple processes your payment information according to their privacy policy. We never see your payment details.

Data Sharing
VsnClppr does not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data to share.
When you tap "Messages," "Mail," or "Copy," the recognized text is sent directly to those apps using standard iOS sharing mechanisms. This happens entirely on your device — VsnClppr is not involved in what you do with the text after you share it.
Children's Privacy
VsnClppr does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app can be used safely by users of any age.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how VsnClppr handles data (which would require a fundamental change to the app's design), we'll update this policy and the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your Rights
Since VsnClppr doesn't collect your data, there's no data to access, export, or delete. You are always in complete control because everything stays on your device.
